Ong Swee Keng LLC (OSK LLC) provides notarisation, Apostille, and legalisation services for individuals and businesses in Singapore. To better serve our clients, we offer these services at two locations: our office at Raffles Quay and our branch in Jurong East. Since 2020, our Jurong East office, located in the German Centre, has provided notarisation services within the International Business Park (IBP). This strategic location allows us to assist the business community and residents in the West of Singapore.

By Train (MRT)
Jurong East Station (EW24 / NS1): Take Exit B (towards International Business Park). Walking: Use the sheltered pedestrian link-bridge/walkway heading toward the IBP. We are approximately a 10-minute walk from the station.
By Public Bus
Our office is well-served by several bus routes.

Do I need to make an appointment for notarisation at the German Centre?
Yes. To ensure a Notary Public is available to deal with your documents and to minimise waiting time, OSK LLC operates strictly by appointment. Please call 65 6259 7480 or email enquiries@oskllc.com to schedule your slot.
What documents must I bring to my appointment?
To ensure a smooth process, please bring:
- The original documents to be notarised or certified.
- Your original Photo ID (NRIC or Passport) for identity verification.
- Any specific instructions provided by the overseas receiving party
How long does the notarisation process take?
Most standard appointments are completed within 15 to 30 minutes. Every notarisation will require a further authentication (Apostille) by the Singapore Academy of Law (SAL). We usually need 2-3 working days to complete the entire notarisation, but we do provide a same day service for an additional fee.
Is your Jurong East office easy to find from the MRT?
Yes. Our office at the German Centre is a convenient 10-minute walk from Jurong East MRT station (Exit B) via a sheltered pedestrian link-bridge. For those driving, we are easily accessible via the AYE and PIE with ample parking available on-site.
Do you handle documents for India, China, the Philippines, or Vietnam?
Yes. We have experience in the notarisation, Apostille and legalisation of documents destined for Asia (India, China, Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia) as well as various African countries and beyond.
